El Palmi, a beautiful rustic finca situated in Moixent, Valencia (at the 9th km of the CV 652 Alcusses valley) is denominated as the valencian Tuscany- Not only contains fourteen hectares of vineyards, olive trees and almonds tree, but also is situated in a strategic position to the beaches of Gandia and Calpe, less than 45 minutes away, and to the airports of Valencia and Alicante.

El Palmi is located in a small hill at the feet of the Serra Grossa, it offers an unforgettable view of the valleys and a breath taking experience through the characteristically mediterranean forest that surrounds the property. 

The spectacular masia of the sixteenth century, completely rehabilitated on the year 2013, is located in the heart of the finca. With a total surface of 550 m^2, it contains five rooms with independent bathrooms, an ample living room, a completely equipped kitchen and an interior patio of 100 m^2. However, the antique cellar is undoubtedly the most impressive piece  of the finca, it stands out for its historial importance and it shows the different techniques of master of the elaboration of wine throughout different apparatus rehabilitated, which contain, among others, vintage tinajas and a unique hydraulic press system. 

For the rehabilitation of the masia there has been followed criteria eco-efficient energy and water savings. The Power is supplied by solar panels (zero emissions), having a tank that feeds from rainwater and water well. 

The surroundings of the finca are of great beauty and touristic attractiveness, since the famous iberian settlements are just five minutes away and the vineyards and wineries, which produces one of the best wines of Spain, make up the beautiful landscape.The finca is located within the wine tourist route and Masies The Valley Alcusses (Tourism Valencian), close to the Roman road the Via Augusta and the route of the Camino de Santiago Valencia, with numerous trails for hiking and mountain bike.

Finalizan las obras de rehabilitación de la casa El Palmi. La casa es una masía del siglo XVI, que ha sido totalmente rehabilitada siguiendo criterios ecoeficientes de ahorro de energía y agua. Cuenta con alimentación eléctrica por paneles solares (cero emisiones), empleándose la energía del sol para el agua caliente sanitaria (ACS). Se emplea agua de lluvia, junto a un pozo, que se almacena en un depósito para uso propio. Destaca la restauración de la bodega, en la que se han conservado todos los componentes para fabricar y conservar el vino según el método antiguo (depósitos para el pisado, decantadores, prensa hidráulica y tinaja a las que caía el vino por gravedad).
